How do I navigate through the store?
We hope you have a wonderful experience shopping at My Passion Street. All of our items have detailed pictures and descriptions at the click of the mouse. If there are any additional questions regarding any of the items, please contact us at support@mypassionstreet.com. Just use the links at the top of every page to go to the collection or item you want. If you get lost or want to return to something you saw on a previous screen, you can use the links within the upper bar to retrace your steps.

How do I make a purchase?
Simply navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing, then click on the "Add to Cart" button. You will then enter the shopping cart area to view your list of items for purchase. If you are done shopping, click on the checkout button to complete your purchase where you will be prompted for shipping & payment information. All online transactions are secure & encrypted with SSL (secure socket layer) technology for ultimate protection of personal and financial information.

What are my payment options?
My Passion Street accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit/debit card payments. 

What is the currency for all prices?
All prices listed on our website are quoted in US Dollars.

Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to offer worldwide shipping. We ship to all parts of the world through international shipping carriers.

Where can I find shipping costs?
We ship to all parts of the world and shipping rates for each item and each country varies. To find the shipping cost to your country for the item you need, simply add the product to the cart and enter your shipping address in the checkout page. Your shipping cost will be automatically displayed below the product cost in the checkout page.

Are online transactions secure?
My Passion Street assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certification. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and shipping information?
You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. You will then receive another notification once your product has shipped.

What are your shipping times and shipping methods?

Since we ship internationally to all countries, most of our products are stored in our warehouses at international shipping friendly countries such as Korea and China. We use United States Postal Service for shipments to United States and it takes between 2 - 4 weeks for delivery to US during normal days and 2 to 6 weeks during holiday season in November & December since the shipping carriers slow down due to higher air traffic during holidays. To all other countries in the world, it takes between 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

T-Shirts & Hoodies: All our T-Shirts & Hoodies are custom printed in United States and it takes between 7 - 10 business days for delivery within US and 3 to 4 weeks for delivery to all other countries.

What is your refund policy?

My Passion Street, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is complete, we will refund your full payment immediately back to your original form of payment.

T-Shirts & Hoodies: All our T-Shirts & Hoodies are custom printed according to the size and color in each order. Hence, such print-on-demand items cannot be returned and are non-refundable since we cannot sell your custom printed items to other customers.
